Multi-Factor Authentication

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), also known as 2 Factor Authentication (2FA), is a security measure that requires users to provide a verification factor, in addition to username / password, to login to an account. TensorCase supports MFA at multiple levels.

By default, if you use MFA with your email login provider, then the same MFA verification also applies MFA to your TensorCase login because we use your email login provider to verify your identity.

You can also enable an additional MFA check managed by TensorCase. To do so:

  1. Visit the Settings page (via the Settings option in the TensorCase left-side navbar)
  2. Once on the Settings page, click Configure MFA.
Configure MFA

This will open a popup modal that will guide you through the process to enable MFA. Once successfully enabled, you should see a this green check confirmation on the Settings page.
