The Case Information tab contains case details that may be relevant for case such as the primary issue type, secondary issue types, allegation, additional details, complainant, subjects, witnesses, and more.

These are typically fields you would get from a whistleblower channel or your client wanting to conduct the investigation.

The more your populate this page, the better our AI is able to relate documents, evidence, and reports to the case.
